De bovenstaande illustraties zijn een onderzoek naar de relaties tussen mensen en de relatie tussen de mens en zijn omgeving. Ook hier komt vaak het ‘huis-perspectief’ terug. Dit is niet zomaar. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat de binding tussen de mens en zijn thuis-omgeving tegenwoordig onderschat wordt. Terwijl een veilig en opbouwend thuis een paar van de voorwaarden zijn om ons goed te kunnen ontwikkelen en ons vrij en erkend te voelen als persoon.
Illustrations shown above are a research on relationships between people and the relations between people and their surroundings. Here also the ‘house-perspective’ returns in my work. This is not without a cause. I’m convinced that the bonds between people and their home environment are highly underestimated these days. I believe a safe environment to live in and a supportive home are some of the conditions to be able to develop. It makes us feel free and aknowledged as a person.
